Why Join one of VAVi's Men's Basketball Leagues?

VAVi’s San Diego basketball league is the only “all male” league we offer. We are different than other San Diego basketball leagues because referee fees, scorekeeper fees, and shirts are all included in the price of the basketball league. With great competition and a fun atmosphere, the only question is...“What are you waiting for?”

The Lowdown

• 8 regular season games
• Games consist of two 20 minute halves with a running clock, with a 3 minute half time
• Played on a regular sized court (4 on 4 league played on smaller court)
• Tournament for the top teams on the final week
• Each person receives a VAVi Team T-shirt
• 6-9 players per team
• Small groups that reach 7 players (4v4) and 8 players (5v5) will be considered their own "Team" and we will not add any free agents to your roster

Attire

• All players must wear their team issued VAVi shirt
• Illegal equipment includes the following:
• All jewelry (i.e.: barrettes, rings, string bracelets, rubber bands, eye rings, etc.)
• A guard, cast or brace made of hard and unyielding leather, plaster, pliable (soft) plastic, metal or any other hard substance - even though covered with soft padding when worn on the elbow, hand, finger, wrist or forearm.

• Tournament for top teams
• Winner of the tournament receives a VAVi discount towards their next league

What Do You Need to Bring?

• VAVi issued shirt (given on the first night of the league)
