This 6 week class (2X/per week = 12 classes!) has it all and it’s for all levels! Drills on the beach, plyometrics, running, conditioning exercises, and stretches. Looking for a specific goal to strive for? Train with our boot camp group to tackle VAVi's R.O.C. Race 5k. Sign up for a season of bootcamp and receive a 50% discount for the event. Registration is done on a ‘First Come, First Serve’ policy. There are no deadlines to sign up; however, as soon as this event reaches maximum capacity we will close off the registration.
