Steve Stoloff
CEO
steve@govavi.com
Steve grew up in Clifton Park, a small town in upstate New York. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, NY) in 1999 with a degree in Management and Technology. He finally got sick of the cold and moved to sunny San Diego in the fall of 2002. Prior to his involvement in VAVi, Steve was the Vice President of Strategic Planning at RealAge. In November '06, Steve "retired" from corporate life and was getting ready to board a jet to Costa Rica when Latane called him with an offer he couldn't refuse… a chance to run a business that changes the world in an amazingly fun and positive way. With Steve's drive for success, intelligence, and Sour-Then-Sweet personality, "The Sour Patch Kid" has taken VAVi Sports to a different level of success. Nowadays, you can find Steve "auditing the customer experience" on a kickball field near you.

Felix Goodson
Sports Director
felix@govavi.com
Felix Goodson hails all the way from right here in sunny Southern California. He studied hard at San Diego State where he quickly discovered a passion for producing parties and large-scale events. He turned his love for organizing fun into the largest spring break travel business on the west coast. Felix and his friends spent a decade dominating the student travel industry before Felix decided to explore new opportunities and face new challenges. For two years, he managed various projects for the NHRA, NASCAR and the U.S. Open. At VAVi he is taking that passion for events and using it to maximize the customer experience for every sports program we offer. Of course he still has a hand in our social events as well. Don't be shy and say hi to the former footballer. Even challenge him at some one-on-one basketball - if you dare.

He also has a love for basketball, flag football, and roundhouse kicks. Rory is VAVi's League Communication Manager and can answer any and all of your questions about our leagues.

Jonathan "J.R." Race
Marketing Manager & Business Analyst
jr@govavi.com
JR grew up in Rohnert Park, a small city in the heart of California's wine country. He graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2007 with a degree in International Business and Finance and a minor in Economics. After working for a year as a credit analyst he continued his migration south to attend grad school at the University of San Diego where he received his MBA in 2009. He started at VAVi as a business analyst intern and was then brought on to help the marketing department. He is a die hard Miami Dolphins fan (Why? Ask him. It makes total sense...) and when he's not telling you how they're going to win the Super Bowl he can probably be found on the dance floor, kickball field or sand volleyball court.
