This crash course will show you all you need to know to tear it up on the dance floor. Not just for couples who are getting married; this course is also for those who have been invited to a wedding. Learn the sexy, sultry dance of the Tango, the national dance of Argentina. Popularized in movies and on TV, this dance is full of drama and passion. Begin your journey with Argentine Tango in this class where you will learn the basic elements and the foundation of Tango. This fun and relaxed class will focus on the first eight basic lead and follow patterns emphasizing important elements such as the "ocho" or figure eight, the tango walk and other fun leg entanglements.
This class is intended for beginners, but even if you have past Tango experience and want to hone your skills, this class is right for you too! Sign up solo, with a friend or significant other. We will pair you up if you sign up as an individual. |
