Why Join one of VAVi's Coed Dodgeball Leagues?
Do you miss P.E.? If you long for the days when the object of the game was to cream the other kids on the playground, then VAVi's Coed Dodgeball leagues are for you! Created shortly before the movie Dodgeball was released and gaining further fame from the crew of AJ’s Playhouse (Channel 933), it has been a very popular sport. Our Dodgeball leagues are nothing but fun. Some teams dress up in costumes, but every team brings their sense of humor!
The Lowdown on VAVi's Dodgeball League
- 8 regular season Matches
- Matches consist of 5 Sets (best out of 5) and Sets consist of 3 Games (best out of 3)
- Tournament for the top teams on the final week
- Each person receives a VAVi Team T-shirt
- 12-14 players on a team, half girls/half guys
- Small groups that reach 12 players will be considered their own "Team" and we will not add any free agents to your roster
- 8 players on the court each game (4 males and 4 females)
- 2 balls in play
- Competitive (Globo Gym) and Social (Average Joe) Leagues Available - The Competitive league is for players and teams who are looking for some extra competition with a higher caliber of players. The Social league is for players and teams who are either just starting out as a new Dodgeball player or who are looking for a league where having fun is what matters most! Please choose your league wisely as we are obviously not holding try-outs =)!!
