This class provides a variety of different workout techniques combined into 1 class. Cardio, weights, and plyometrics. Each routine is 20 minutes longs for a full hour of an intense workout. Everything you need to do to get into great shape and in half the time! This 3 in 1 program will kick your butt and cut your gym time!
