We offer a variety of adult Tennis Leagues for all levels, including: Beginner Tennis Classes, Social Mixed Doubles Tennis Leagues and Competitive Mixed Doubles at central tennis courts located in Del Mar, Point Loma and Solana Beach. Our Beginner San Diego Tennis Lessons cover basics including ground strokes - forehand/backhand, volleying, overhead shots, serves and returns. Our professional instructors will review the basics and teach you advanced techniques in six 1 1/2 hour classes and a round robin tournament for all players on the sixth week.
Lessons will cover the basics and advanced techniques for intermediate tennis players including:

• Court Management and Strategy
