Our yoga program will include a basic introduction to yoga, ranging from postures (asanas), meditation (japa style), breathing (pranayama), as well as chakra information. You will gain a understanding of beginners level vinyasa style yoga. This will enable you to take a practice that you can continue on your own at home or join our level two course! Our instructor, Jonathan Old-Rowe, has extensive Yoga experience, including: |  | - Ten years of instruction
- 200 Hour Hatha Certified (Yoga Loka)
- 500 Hour Tantra Certified (Agama Yoga)
- Taught in Northern California, Southeast Asia, and the Bahamas
- Registered with Yoga Alliance of America
